This policy covers Lumia AI users across public and product surfaces.

Koodi Co SAS operates Lumia AI and acts as controller for the personal data described here, except where third-party stores or payment providers act as controller for their own processing.

We collect data directly, automatically, and from providers.

  • Account data such as name, email address, login credentials, and preferences.
  • User content such as flashcards, books, prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and support communications.
  • Subscription and transaction metadata such as plan type, billing status, purchase identifiers, and renewal or cancellation events.
  • Device, log, analytics, and security data such as browser or app version, IP address, coarse location inferred from IP, and crash or usage telemetry.

We use personal data to operate, improve, secure, and support Lumia AI.

  • Provide account access, study tools, AI-assisted generation, storage, and synchronization.
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and protect the Service.
  • Process subscriptions, billing records, service notices, and support interactions.
  • Measure performance, diagnose failures, and develop new features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims.

When law requires a legal basis, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

We may share personal data with infrastructure, analytics, authentication, security, AI, and payment providers that help us run Lumia AI, including Paddle for web billing and app-store or RevenueCat infrastructure for mobile purchases.

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We may disclose data to advisers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies, or counterparties where reasonably necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or legal defense.
  • We may share data with a buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale subject to appropriate protections.
