Delete Account

• Account deletion may permanently remove your profile, flashcards, books, uploads, generated outputs, study history, and settings, subject to technical constraints and legal retention duties.
• Export or save any material you consider important before requesting deletion.
• If you have an active subscription, cancel renewal before or at the same time as your deletion request.

If your Lumia AI version includes an in-app or in-account deletion tool, you may use it. If no such option is available to you, send a deletion request to koodi@koodi.com.co from the email linked to your account, or clearly identify the account in your message.

To protect against unauthorized deletion, we may require reasonable verification before completing the request. Once verified, we aim to process deletion within a reasonable period and generally within 30 days, unless legal, security, or technical constraints require more time.

• We usually delete or anonymize user-facing account and content data where feasible.
• We may retain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and limited backup records as required or reasonably necessary.

• Web subscriptions may require cancellation through Paddle-linked workflows or Lumia AI support.
• Apple App Store subscriptions must be canceled in Apple subscription settings.
• Google Play subscriptions must be canceled in Google Play subscription settings.
• Deleting your Lumia AI account does not by itself guarantee that a third-party billing provider has stopped future renewals.

Once deletion is complete, account recovery may be impossible and previous content or entitlements may not be restorable.
